There are many things that London is famous for but Whiskey is not one of them. In fact, there hadn't been one distilled here for 100 years at least until the London Distillery Company decided to give it a go.

And after a four year ageing process it's now ready to release the capital's first whiskey in a century. So we sent Amy Lewis to ask how they did it.
